Will this match my Space Grey watch?
Yes. We offer a full hardware matching solution - When you select Space Grey Aluminium above we will build your band with Space Grey Apple Watch adapter lugs which connect your band to your watch.
Can I choose a different clasp colour?
Yes. We offer a Bespoke hardware solution - If you have chosen Space Grey Aluminium for your Apple Watch adapter lugs you can choose between a Silver, Black, Rose Gold Aluminium Series 3-6 or Gold Aluminium Series 1-2 clasp. All options are chosen by yourself.
Can you explain the hardware colours to me?
Of course. We match our hardware ( adapters and clasp ) to the colour code of the matching Apple Watch Case. For example, Gold Aluminium Series 3,4,5,6 and SE has a matte Rose Gold finish, where as the Gold Aluminium Series 1 and 2 are a matte Yellow Gold finish. These are Apple's colour choices and colour names, we simply use the colour names to keep things simple for our customers when trying to match to their Apple Watch Case. We can offer a glossy Yellow Gold option as a custom order which is a more traditional Yellow Gold. Please drop us an email for this option.
Is this strap made from Genuine Leather?
Yes, only Premium Italian Full Grain Leathers are used on all MINTAPPLE. Apple Watch Bands. Some Bands have Embossed leathers which are machine pressed from Full Grain Leather in our factories and some such as our Top Grain Leathers are left to show their natural beauty.
Are the bands built in bulk?
No. All MINTAPPLE Leather Apple Watch Bands are made to the consumer’s specifications ( Made to Order ) by our craftsman. Once your band is built and quality checked we proceed to pack & write our personalised messaging for each shipment. We want the experience of purchasing a MINTAPPLE. product to be authentic yet efficient to ensure we can still offer a Next Day Delivery service.
How do I know which Apple Watch Version I have?
All of our Apple Watch bands are compatible with all Series of Apple Watch. However, if you would like to know which Series you own, simply turn your watch so it is face down you will notice on the back near the heart sensor that it will state which size & model you own.
How do I care for my Apple Watch Band?
All MINTAPPLE. products are made using natural leathers and dyes, we suggest wiping down your leather goods with a damp cloth which will help prolong the luxurious feel of your leather goods.
