What shipping options do you offer?
We offer various shipping options Worldwide. Our logistics partners include Fedex and Royal Mail.
Royal Mail provide our Standard Delivery, Next Working Day, Saturday Delivery for our UK customers and Standard Delivery for our international customers whilst Fedex support our Express Delivery for our International customers.

When can I expect to receive my order?
UK orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days for all orders including personalised orders.
International orders will be delivered within 10 working days unless our Express Delivery option is selected in which case your order will be delivered within 3 working days.

Can I track my order?
Yes of course. We have a few options for you to track your order;
You can track your order from our 'Track Your Order' at the bottom of the home page. Click on the 'Track Your Order' link on your Shipping Confirmation email Click on the tracking number which will divert you to our logistics providers tracking page - This is found on your Shipping Confirmation email also.
Will my order require a signature?
MINTAPPLE uses a number of carefully selected carriers. To ensure the safe delivery of your order, all MINTAPPLE deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

How do I adjust my Link Bracelet?
Adjusting and altering your Link Bracelet to fit your wrist couldn't more simple.
Each Link Bracelet is supplied with a Stainless Steel Link Removal Tool in a separate pouch in the presentation box your Link Bracelet was supplied in.

Will my Apple Watch Band fit me?
Our straps are built with keeping it simple in mind. Our Genuine Leather Apple Watch Straps offer the same size which fits a wide variety of wrist sizes from 130mm to 210mm circumference.
Our Apple Watch Milanese Loop Bands & Link Bracelets are the largest of our straps due to the design of them & will fit a wrist circumference of 110mm - 285mm.

Are your Genuine Exotic collection real Crocodile?
Yes, we only use the finest & sustainably sourced Alligator & Crocodile leather for our Lusso & Genuine Exotic ranges. All skins are in accordance with CITES & are the original genuine skin straps on the market.

What is the Warranty period?
We offer a 6 month warranty which starts from the moment your product is delivered. Our warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship faults only.

How do I claim on my Warranty?
To make a warranty claim, your order must have been processed through www.mintapple.co.uk. Any items purchased through any of our retailing partners must be processed through that retailer diectly.

How quickly will my card be refunded?
Once your return is received by our Customer Care team and inspection finished, we will process it within 14 days. Once the refund has been completed, it may take up to 14 days for your credit card provider to return the funds to your account.
What is the Personalisation Warranty period?
We do not have a warranty on personalised products. Our personalisation service is finished by hand here in our London office. We therefore understand there may occasionally be slight discrepancies with our process.

Will my order be delayed when adding Personalisation?
Your order will be fulfilled in our normal timeframes regardless whether you choose Personalisation on your order or not.
You will not see any delay in the delivery of your item when adding Personalisation.
Where can I purchase a Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be purchased from our online store only. We offer £30, £50, £75, £100, £200 and £300 options which will be sent directly to your email address unless chosen to send directly to the recipient.
I do not have enough on my Gift Card to buy the item I would like
If the item you're looking to purchase is of higher value than your Gift Card you can use a PayPal, Credit or Debit card to pay the additional payment amount to enable you to purchase the item.
The discount code is working?
If your discount code isn't working at checkout, please ensure any items in your bag are included in the discount applied. Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items, clearance or in conjuction with other offers and discounts.
My Gift Set discount wasn't applied to my order?
If you have ordered 2+ Matching Leather items and the discount code has not been automatically applied please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can apply this for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club and Google Pay. We also accept local payment methods such as Bancontact for our Belgium customers and iDEAL for our Netherland based customers.
Can I split payment across two cards?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do that online with the exception of when using a Gift Card and topping up with your Credit or Debit card or Paypal.
