How to win
Simply upload a short video (15-30 seconds) explaining why you love your MINTAPPLE products. What has your ownership experience been like so far? How often you use it? What was the overall experience since unboxing to today been like? Share your story with us!
- Eligibility: This giveaway is open to existing customers who have previously purchased from MINTAPPLE. No time frame restriction. Immediate family members or friends of customers are not eligible to participate.
- Giveaway Period: The Giveaway will run throughout the month of December. Entries submitted before or after the specified period will not be eligible for consideration.
- Submission of a video constitutes registration for a free giveaway and does not guarantee receipt of a prize.
- One entry will be chosen at random at the conclusion of the contest period. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within a specified timeframe to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond in the designated period, a new winner may be selected.
- One customer will receive their choice of a Card Holder or an MagSafe Wallet. The giveaway is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are permitted, except at the sole discretion of MINTAPPLE.
- Grant of Rights: By submitting your video, you grant MINTAPPLE. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, edit, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display your video in any media format and through any media channels, for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, advertising, and editorial use, without any compensation to you.
- General Conditions: MINTAPPLE. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond MINTAPPLE’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by MINTAPPLE in its sole discretion.
- Liability Release: By submitting a video, you agree to release and hold harmless MINTAPPLE, its affiliates, and their respective agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of submission of the video or receipt or use of any prize.
- Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
- MINTAPPLE will announce the recipient by e-mail. This contest is not a lottery or raffle; it is a promotional giveaway intended to enhance engagement with our customer base.
Winners will be announced via email on the 2nd of the following month entered.
